Shipping Policy

We are shipping at the moment from Indonesia, but working on shipping soon from Europa/Germany directly.

Import taxes, customs fees and charges can be levied by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are charged to the recipient. These depend on the import regulations of the recipient country. Additional charges for custom clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient, we don't have control over these charges, nor can we predict the amount. For more information please contact your local customs office.
